Growing up Downriver Detroit with Indian immigrant parents, our founder always dreamed of sharing Amma's authentic dishes with the world. Now Midnight Temple brings them to all of Detroit.
Every dish carries the memory of her kitchen: the smell of cardamom at night, the pressure cooker at noon, hands moving without a recipe. Pure love, pure heat, pure flavor.
We're not trying to be the Indian restaurant you expect. We're here for the culture, all of it. Come as you are.
